INGREDIENTS
2 oz Mezcal
¾ oz fresh lime juice
1 oz fresh carrot juice
½ oz fresh orange juice
Toasted ancho chili
Teaspoon of
Pink Lady simple syrup
Fresno chili garnish
DIRECTIONS
Toast ancho chili in pan. Add to shaker tin with lime juice and muddle. Add remaining ingredients and ice. Shake hard until full dilution. Strain into rocks glass over big cube and garnish with Fresno chili slice.
