  Shortcake Popsicle

INGREDIENTS​
  • ¾ oz Tanger simple syrup
  • ½ oz greek yogurt
  • 1 oz aperol 
  • ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
  • crushed graham cracker and more greek yogurt

DIRECTIONS
Measurements are per popsicle mold. Gather ingredients for desired batch size and blend together. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze overnight. Once they are frozen, dip the popsicles into Greek yogurt and then graham cracker. store in freezer wrapped in wax paper or paper sandwich bags.
