Southern Crush

INGREDIENTS
  • ​2 oz hibiscus infused gin
  • .5 oz Hummingbird simple syrup
  • .25 oz lemon juice
  • .25 oz blood orange juice
  • Egg white

DIRECTIONS
For the hibiscus infused gin, simply 2oz of dried hibiscus and add to your favorite bottle of gin. Allow to sit for a minimum of 30 minutes (up to several hours is fine), and then strain out the hibiscus.

Combine ingredients in glass. Dry shake to froth egg, then add ice and shake until cold. Pour into glass and enjoy!
