Bee Thief

INGREDIENTS

• 1½ oz dry gin
• ¼ oz Hummingbird simple syrup
• ½ oz fresh lemon juice
• ½ oz Rose Lillet
• ¼ oz Ruby Throated Orgeat
• Bee pollen rim w/ Hummingbird simple syrup

DIRECTIONS
Rim a coup glass with bee pollen using a small amount of Hummingbird simple syrup on the rim. Combine ingredients in a shaker tin with ice and shake until dilution. Strain into coup glass.
