Cucumber Gimlet

INGREDIENTS

• 2 oz gin
• ½ oz fresh lime juice
• ½ oz Meadowland simple syrup
• 1 slice cucumber
• Cucumber slices and mint garnish.

DIRECTIONS
Muddle cucumber in bottom of shaker tin until pulpy. Add ice and all other ingredients. Shake hard until full dilution. Strain into glass filled with fresh crushed ice and layered cucumber slices. Garnish with mint for a fresh touch!
