Fields of Gold

INGREDIENTS

• 1½ oz aged gin
• ½ oz golden rum
• 1 oz pineapple juice
• ¼ oz Goldfinch simple syrup
• ½ oz fresh lime juice
• ¼ oz orgeat
• 1 dash absinthe
• 1 dash peychaud’s bitters

DIRECTIONS
Add all ingredients to iced glass. Shake until full dilution. Strain into Collins or bucket glass filled with crushed ice.
