Gold Day

INGREDIENTS

• 1½ oz spiced rum
• ½ oz Golden Age simple syrup
• 1 oz aquafaba (or egg white)
• ½ oz lemon juice
• dash of bitters

DIRECTIONS
Put egg white into shaker tin (without ice) and dry shake until frothy. Add rum, Golden Age simple syrup, lemon juice, bitters, and ice. Shake until dilution and strain into martini glass.
