DIRECTIONS Melt butter on stovetop, then allow to cool for several minutes. While butter is still in liquid form, slowly whisk in Golden Age simple syrup until it is emulsified in the butter. Allow to rest for several minutes then whisk heavily again and transfer to small bowl, or butter mold. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set. Use liberally.
