Golden Buttered Rum

INGREDIENTS

• 4 oz unsalted butter
• 4 oz Golden Age Simple Syrup
• .25 oz vanilla extract
• .25 oz cinnamon
• .25 oz cloves
• .25 oz nutmeg


• 2 oz dark or aged rum
• hot water
• Cinnamon stick garnish

DIRECTIONS
In mixing bowl, combine butter, Golden Age, spices and vanilla. Beat until well combined.

In a heat proof glass or mug, combine rum with 1 oz of spiced butter mixture. Top with hot water and stir until well incorporated. Garnish with cinnamon stick.
