DIRECTIONS Mix together and bring to boil the brown sugar, simple syrup, and butter. Reduce heat and cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent from burning Remove from heat. Pour mixture over popped corn and mix lightly until all popcorn is coated well. Put into baking pans. Bake at 200 for 1 hour to dry. Allow to cool and break apart.
For popcorn balls, don't bake the mixture, instead shape into balls with generously buttered hands
