High Garden

INGREDIENTS

• 1½ oz dry gin
• ¾ oz fresh lime juice
• 3 cucumber slices
• ½ jalapeño pepper
• ½ oz High Desert simple syrup
• small cubes + Collins glass

DIRECTIONS
Add cucumber, gin & jalapeño to shaker tin. Muddle. Add remaining ingredients and ice. Shake until very cold. Strain into collins glass filled with ice cubes.
