Hunger of the Pine

INGREDIENTS

• 2 oz aged gin
• 2 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
• 3 pine buds
• 1 teaspoon Meadowland Simple Syrup
  
  

DIRECTIONS
Add pine bud, bitters and Meadowland Simple Syrup to glass and muddle. Add ice and gin. Stir until dilution. Strain into glass over a big cube. Garnish with remaining pine bud..
