INGREDIENTS

• ​1½ oz genever
• ½ oz Oregon Black Bird simple syrup
• ¾ sweet vermouth
• 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
• 1 dash ginger bitters
  
• fresh ginger
  

DIRECTIONS
Add small slice of fresh ginger, Oregon Black Bird, and bitters to shaker tin then muddle. Add remaining ingredients and ice then shake to dilution. Strain into coup glass and garnish with fresh ginger slice.
