DIRECTIONS Muddle watermelon slice, salt and mint leaves in bottom of shaker tin until pulpy. Add ice and all other ingredients. Shake hard until full dilution. Strain into glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with mint and pickled watermelon slice.
PICKLED WATERMELON Place watermelon slices in jar and barely cover with a mixture of vinegar & Meadowland Signature simple syrup (2:1 ratio). Allow to chill in for at least one hour. Keeps for two weeks if refrigerated.
