Pale Horse
INGREDIENTS
1 oz dry gin
¼ oz High Desert simple syrup
½ oz yellow chartreuse
¾ oz fresh lemon juice
¾ oz Lillet
1 dash absinthe
lemon peel
DIRECTIONS
Add ingredients to shaker tin and fill with ice. Shake until full dilution. Strain into a coup glass near, or into a goblet over one large cube. Garnish with lemon peel.
