DIRECTIONS Rim a coup glass with a blend of lemon zest, fresh lavender, and sugar. Add ingredients to a shaker tin and dry shake (shaking without ice to activate aquafaba). Add ice to shaker tin and shake to full dilution. Strain into rimmed coup glass and garnish with lavender sprig.
