Smoky Old Fashioned

INGREDIENTS

• 1½ oz Bourbon 
• ½ oz Woodfired Apple simple syrup
• 2 dashes of bitters
• orange wedge with pith and peel removed
• Orange wheel garnish

DIRECTIONS
Place orange wedge in bottom of Old Fashioned glass and saturate with the bitters, add syrup and muddle until a paste is made. Add bourbon and ice. Stir to dilution. Strain into rocks glass over ice. Garnish with orange wheel.
