Storm Cellar

INGREDIENTS

• 1 oz bourbon
• ½ oz amaro
• ½ oz Secret Garden simple syrup
• ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
• ¾ oz Aperol
• lemon peel

DIRECTIONS
Add all ingredients except lemon peel to iced glass. Shake until full dilution. Strain into a martini or coup glass. Express oil from lemon peel and apply to the rim of the glass, then dispose of the peel.
