Strawberry Daisy

INGREDIENTS

2 oz vodka or gin
1 oz fresh lemon juice
¾ oz Tanager simple syrup

DIRECTIONS
Put all ingredients into shaker tin filled with ice and shake hard until very, very cold.

Strain into small martini or coupe cocktail glass and garnish with a strawberry.
