The Honey Bee

INGREDIENTS

• 1½ oz bourbon
• ½ oz Golden Age simple syrup
• ½ oz Lemon Juice
• Dash of Bitters
• Club soda
• Lemon wedge, honey & salt garnish

DIRECTIONS
Fill a bucket glass with ice. Add bourbon, Golden Age simple syrup, and lemon juice. Stir gently. Dash in bitters and top with club soda. Garnish with lemon wedge, drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of salt.
