Foxhaus​

INGREDIENTS​

• 1½ oz bourbon
• ​½ oz Red Fox simple syrup
• ¾ oz lemon juice
• ¾ oz Aperol
• dash of Peychaud’s bitters​

DIRECTIONS
Put all ingredients into shaker tin filled with ice and shake until very cold. Strain into martini or coup glass over crushed ice.
